Testimonials

I have had the chance to have Cole on our Trinity Western University’s Spartan Athletics Strength & Conditioning for the past 3 years. During this time I have watched Cole grow in leaps and bounds as a strength coach. Cole is very knowledgeable, hungry to learn more, great to work with, super-driven and passionate about the field, practices what he preaches and has a warm, friendly coaching style. He is the real-deal and one of the top up and coming strength coaches in our industry.
